Coach Carlos is a former swim coach and Master's level Social worker who specializes in work with youth, young adults, and their families. 

Coach Carlos helps young people build the skills they need to succeed — in school, at home, and in life. I provide tailored coaching that strengthens time management, organization, emotional regulation, focus, and problem-solving abilities. Through supportive, practical strategies, I empower young clients to set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and develop the confidence and independence they need to thrive.
