Emily Underwood, PsyD is a limited-permit psychologist at Dr. Inzinna Psychological Services, where she provides therapy for adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges. She has particular expertise in trauma recovery and women’s health, including pregnancy and postpartum mental health.

Training & Experience

Emily earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She completed her APA-accredited internship at Allegheny Health Network, where she received specialized training in treating both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).


Over the past four years, Emily has worked across diverse clinical settings, including:


  • Inpatient psychiatry at Bellevue Hospital
  • The Brooklyn VA’s Military Sexual Trauma Clinic
  • Ramapo College Counseling Center
  • The Parnes Clinic
